We offer free primary clinical care to individuals without insurance and those unable to afford it. By Appointments Only. Routine Check-ups, Preventive Care, Access to prescription. Please register online at least 2 days prior to clinic date. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After two 'No Shows,' you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
